What happens if we do not get on?

What happens if we do not get on?

Your facilitator will meet with everyone individually or speak to them on the phone if face to face is not possible. They will discuss what is expected from each other to ensure the family meeting goes well. There will be ground rules set at the start of the meeting in order to remind everyone that the focus of the meeting is the safety and wellbeing of the child/ren. People will be asked and expected to leave if the ground rules are not followed. In most conferences, people actually come together and work well to develop a plan, even if there have been difficulties in the past.
