There is Apprehended Violence Order in place, can s/he still be there?

If there is a court order in place, the person can only attend if the order allows. In most cases we would hold two separate meetings, or the facilitator would seek the person’s views prior to the meeting to share on the day. The safety and wellbeing of the victim and child/ren is paramount. No decisions are made without your consent.
